1. Contract Process
Where you submit your order to us through our website, you will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt. You will be notified separately if the products you have requested are unavailable or if your order cannot be fulfilled for any other reason.

2. Delivery
a. We will despatch the publication/s to an address in the United Kingdom during normal business hours within 7 days of the date of receipt of your order.
b. Deliveries outside the United Kingdom we be despatched within 14 days of receiving your order.
c. Products are sent by standard post and you are charged for post and packaging subject to the item/s weight and VAT.

3. Damage or loss in transit and Refund Policy
a. Tap Ltd. will not accept any responsibility for products mislaid or lost by the Royal Mail.
b. If you believe that the products are not of a satisfactory quality, you may, within 30 days of delivery, notify us in writing stating the reason for your dissatisfaction. If we authorise return of the item/s and they are returned to us in their original condition and at your expense, we will promptly refund their price.
